Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 8.30am 6th January and closes at 6pm 12th January 2026 (Victorian time).
Eligibility
Entry is open to anyone aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry
Entry is open to eligible participants who purchase a minimum of one (1) box of CherryHill cherries from the CherryHill Orchards pop up store at Chadstone Shopping Centre between 6 January 2026 and 12 January 2026, and complete the official entry form in full.
To be eligible, entrants must provide their first name, last name, email address and phone number, and consent to subscribing to the CherryHill Orchards mailing list.
Each eligible purchase and completed entry form constitutes one entry. Purchases of CherryHill cherries made through other retailers, outlets or locations will not be accepted as valid entries.
Entry is subject to stock availability and standard retail pricing. No additional charge applies for entry beyond the purchase of the product.
Prize
One (1) Coach handbag, valued at approximately $698AUD. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Draw Details
The winner will be selected by random draw at 12:00pm on 13/1/26 at the Promoter’s premises. The draw will be conducted fairly in accordance with Victorian trade promotion regulations.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and phone within 1 days of the draw. If the prize is valued over $1,000, the winner’s name will be published on www.cherryhill.com.au for a minimum of 28 days.
Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner at an Australian address within 28 days of notification. The prize cannot be delivered to international addresses.
Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed after 28 days, a redraw will take place at the company premises on 10/2/26, subject to Victorian regulations.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for marketing communications by CherryHill Orchards, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
