Fruiting Cherry Tree
Bare-Rooted
Bring your favourite CherryHill cherry-picking experience home this year with your very own fruiting cherry tree!
The Lapins variety was bred and developed in British Columbia in Canada and has become one of the most popular cherry varieties in the world. This variety is relatively low maintenance, and when mature will stand in excess of 2.5 meters tall, however it can be pruned to maintain height. Lapins love the sunshine to produce beautiful dark, sweet cherries.
Your cherry tree is currently dormant and Winter is the perfect time for planting. Being dormant, there are currently no leaves or cherries as they will start to grow in Spring and fruit in Summer. Your new cherry tree will fruit when it becomes old enough to blossom freely, over the next 3+ years.
Once you have purchased your bare-rooted CherryHill Cherry Tree, you will receive a comprehensive planting guide and care instructions to ensure success for your beautiful new tree!
Deliveries will be available from July onwards to metro Melbourne and Yarra Ranges postcodes. You will be notified of the date of your delivery 3 days prior.
If you’re not home to receive your delivery, our driver will endeavour to leave your tree in a safe place.
Click & Collect option is also available from our Wandin orchard throughout July. Please email orders@cherryhill.com.au to arrange collection once purchased.
