We are a growing family-owned premium cherry growing business, based in Victoria’s Yarra Valley, with a wide range of dynamic and exciting business products. We run agri-tourism experiences and supply Australia’s supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce markets. We also export our produce around the world!  

About the role 

Are you ready to be a part of something sweet? 🍒 At CherryHill Orchards, we’re gearing up for another fantastic cherry season, and we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic team members to join us as Packers! If you’re passionate about fresh produce, love a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and want to be part of a close-knit team, then this role is perfect for you. 

The role involves lifting and stacking boxes and trays of up to 15 kg, performing cleaning tasks in our packing facility, and ensuring that the areas where our fresh produce is packed are always spotless and in compliance with food safety regulations.

• Highly attention to detail 

• Ability to follow instructions in English, both verbal and written

• Follow safe work procedures, instructions and company policies 

• Demonstrated ability to organize and work as part of a high-performance team 

About you 

• You must hold a current Driver’s license & own transport. 

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fresh packing facility is a bonus 

• Must be available on weekends and flexible with shift scheduling 

• Capable of lifting 15 kg and comfortable standing for extended periods. 

• Committed and reliable, with the ability to travel to the primary work location in the stunning Yarra Valley area.
