Cherry Coconut Creamsicles

Try these super simple, 4 ingredient Cherry Coconut Creamsicles for a delicious and refreshing treat

INGREDIENTS

1 (15 oz) can coconut milk (or heavy cream)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 3/4 cup CherryHill Orchards cherries, fresh or frozen

METHOD
  1. In a large bowl, add the coconut milk, vanilla extract and 3 tbsp maple syrup. Whisk until the mixture is well combined. Add more maple syrup if needed and set aside
  2. Use a blender to blend the cherries with the remaining maple syrup until mixture is smooth. Add more maple syrup if required.
  3. Divide the cherry puree equally between your popsicle molds. Place the molds in the freezer for 15 minutes, or until set
  4. Pour in the coconut milk mixture on top of the cherry puree. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds, and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
