Cherry and Green Tea Icypoles

What a refreshing and fun way to cool off in summer whilst enjoying your CherryHill cherries. Think of this as a healthy smoothie on a stick! This delicious and easy to create summer recipe is adored by adults and children alike.

  • 1 cup of CherryHill cherries
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 2 tbsp of beetroot powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 4 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of brewed green tea

Remove all stems and pits from your fresh cherries, combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Place mixture into icy pole molds and freeze for 3 – 4 hours until solid. It’s that simple!
