Cherry and Hibiscus Bliss Balls

There are so many creative ways to bake with cherries, try these very unique and ever so delicious Cherry & Hibiscus bliss balls for yourself!

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pitted CherryHill cherries ⁣
1/2 cup oats ⁣
1/2 — 1 cup almond meal⁣
1/4–1/2 cup hibiscus tea ⁣
1/4 cup oat milk ⁣
1/2 cup coconut shavings ⁣
2 tbsp cacao ⁣

METHOD

Step 1. Start by brewing your lovely dried flowers (hibiscus) and make sure it cools down before moving on. Use 2-4 tbsp tisane to hot water to make it strong. ⁣


Step 2. No need to use a blender, just chop your cherries finely.


Step 3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients but leave half the tea and half the almond meal. Fold everything and add almond meal and hibiscus tea little at the time to get to a workable consistency. ⁣


Step 4. Roll balls and but on a tray. Then roll in coconut shavings. Pop in freezer. DONE! ⁣
