Promoter
The promoter of this competition is CherryHill Orchards, as well as partners Punt Road Wines, Meletos Restaurant, Global Ballooning, Kelly Hoinville Photography and Kangaroo Ridge Retreat.
Competition Period
The promotion commences at 7.01pm AEDT on 1 September 2026 and closes at 6.59pm AEDT on 14 September 2026.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and associated partners, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Yarra Valley Staycation, valued at over $2,550, including:
One (1) sunrise hot air balloon flight for two with Global Ballooning Australia
One (1) overnight stay for two in at Kangaroo Ridge Retreat, including larder voucher

One (1) Vineyard to Barrel experience for two at Punt Road Wines

One (1) Banchetto Menu for two at Meletos Restaurant
One (1) double pass to Blossom Festival at CherryHill Orchards including a cherry beverage tasting flight and cherry ice cream per person
Prize Conditions
All prize components are subject to availability and bookings are essential.
The balloon flight is valid for public flights only.
If a balloon flight is cancelled due to inclement weather, the winner may rebook within the valid prize period.

Accommodation is valid for mid-week stays only, subject to availability.
The blossom festival experience must be redeemed in line with CherryHill Orchards’ 2026 blossom season. If, due to weather or circumstances with partner prizes, this may be able to be used instead for a cherry-picking experience.
The prize must be booked and fully redeemed by 1 January 2027. Any unused portion of the prize after this date will be forfeited.
The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be extended.
Draw Details
The prize draw will take place on 14 September 2026.
The winner will be notified via Instagram and contacted via the email address provided by 15 September 2026 to organise redemption.
Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in accordance with relevant regulations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and prize partners are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, including but not limited to travel disruptions, weather conditions or availability constraints.
Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and for marketing communications by the Promoter and prize partners, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Your data will not be shared beyond these partners.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
