Every year, we open our cherry orchard when our trees are in full bloom, showcasing the stunning white blossoms. This popular annual event offers picture-perfect photo opportunities and a festive atmosphere, creating an idyllic day out in the countryside for family and friends.

Blossom & Ballooning
24th September to 5th October
Wake up to the magic of a sunrise hot air balloon flight over the Yarra Valley with Global Ballooning, drifting above rolling vineyards and breathtaking landscapes. After landing, wander through rows of stunning white cherry blossoms and capture picture-perfect moments while you enjoy one of Victoria’s most iconic spring events.

We love welcoming your furry friends to our Blossom Festival! Wander through our orchard with the whole family, enjoy a picnic or try out one of our new photo activations. We have pup cups available at our cafe and water bowls throughout the site so your furry friend can enjoy the day out in comfort.

With two options to choose from, these can be added to your tickets during purchase, or ask one of our friendly staff on the day if there are spots available (pre-booking recommended to avoid disappointment).

Our cherry-flavoured range of goodies are waiting for you at our farm gate store – from cherry juice to jam, crumble to cordial, ask for a taste from one of our friendly staff on your next visit.
Our drinks range, including spritzer, seltzer, cider, gin, vodka & a liquer, are also available for tasting – visit the cafe for details.
And no visit to CherryHill Orchards is complete without a taste of our infamous ice cream; whether you grab a soft serve from the caravan, a refreshing sorbet or one of our decadent creamy flavours, you are truly in for a treat.
Plus, this year we also have marshmallows for toasting!

That’s not all folks – we also have a range of food trucks on-site (two on weekdays, four on weekends) with vegan, vegetarian and halal options available.
There will also be live acoustic entertainment on weekends & public holidays!
