COVID-19 Vaccination Status Self Declaration

I confirm that I, and persons I am booking for are double vaccinated for COVID-19 in-line with the Victorian Government mandate and will present my/our government issued vaccination certificates upon check-in to CherryHill Orchards.

Persons aged over 18 years must be fully vaccinated to enter venues. Those with a medical exemption do not require vaccination, however a proof of exemption will need to be presented at check-in.
